Similarly, who said that diversification must fail, and specialization must be successful? Isn’t there a lot of successful hotels in the world? So as a hotel, don’t be confused by these problems. In fact, there is no right or wrong in these questions themselves, the key lies in how you do it. Therefore, effective training must give trainees ideas, not answers.
If the teacher really wants to give the answer, then he helps some students, but also hurts some students. Because the answer is dead and the hotel is alive, if a student cannot blindly implement the answer given by the teacher according to the current situation of the hotel. So some hotels rely on this answer to succeed, and some hotels rely on this answer to fail. Therefore, students must not always hope to find answers in class. Especially for large-scale public courses, one answer may not be suitable for every hotel. We must learn to think and learn to be flexible.

Of course, there are many hotels that succeed by self-exploration. What is the role of a teacher? His role is to help students think, give you ideas, give you information, and give you ways to think.
